If you live out-of-state, we are proud to offer walk-through videos as you have never experienced them before. Not only will our lifestyle expert and dedicated videographer compile a great video for you to review at your own time, but also a live walk-through where you can ask questions and dig deeper into the property without leaving your couch or having to travel.

As you can imagine, this takes a lot of time and effort to accomplish and therefore we require a retainer fee to work for you. This retainer fee will be returned to you on a completed closing. We are as conscious of your time as we are of ours and we take all the steps necessary to make sure we offer you the home you are looking for.

When traveling from another state or out-of-country, we have excellent recommendations where to stay and will gladly pick you up and do aerial and/or road tours to show you around. We would love nothing more than showing you the spots, introduce you to the right people and make sure you love Milwaukee as much as we do.
